Below is a photo of the old JO Tower in downtown Akron, Ohio on Market Street where the B&O / PRR crossed the EL (erie) railroad. It was slated to get torn down in Spring of 2001. This information was submitted to us by Steve McMullen on 9-24-00. Another historic railroad architectural landmark lost in the name of progress.
